Renaissance Cancun Resort & Marina

The room was clean, modern and in a great location close to a shopping center and easy access to both Downtown Cancun and the Hotel Zone. The gym had top-notch equipment, and the staff was super friendly and helpful. Only downside was a bit of noise from the marina, but nothing major that ruined the overall vibe. Can't wait to come back and chill by the pool next time! 🏊

The hotel is a luxurious venue with exclusive amenities that fulfilled our needs. Its location was perfect for shopping and dining. the sun loungers and beach umbrellas were clean and the sun terrace was well-appointed. the outdoor swimming pool was spacious enough to have a quick dip before going back to our room. We enjoyed the buffet breakfast that had a wide range of options.

However, there were stains in the hallway, a long check-in process, and a $50 visitor fee, which was unacceptable.
