Renaissance Cancun Resort & Marina

The hotel is a luxurious venue with exclusive amenities that fulfilled our needs. Its location was perfect for shopping and dining. The sun loungers and beach umbrellas were clean and the sun terrace was well-appointed. The outdoor swimming pool was spacious enough to have a quick dip before going back to our room. We enjoyed the buffet breakfast that had a wide range of options.

The sauna was not working during our stay, which was a minor issue. The service was not as attentive as we expected.

The shower is spacious and powerful. The in-house Mexican restaurant serves delicious and affordable food, especially the must-try tacos. The hotel also offers a shuttle service to a private beach club, and their taxi service is faster and cheaper than others in the area. The staff, particularly George and Martin, were friendly and helpful, making our stay even better. it was a great experience!

I wished they had included a dedicated concierge service to assist with business-related needs, which would have been beneficial for my work during the stay.

The location is everything. Everything you need is right there. Efficient staff upgraded our stay for free. Excellent customer service. Incredible food.
